Macintosh Village was built originally by H. H. Birley in the 1900’s to produce rubber. The works was taken over by the Dunlop Company in 1923, and the manufacture of rubber products continued on the site until February 2000.
It’s now an extremely popular development, with some on-site parking and a fantastic location close to Oxford Road station, the universities and the Palace Theatre. There is every form of accommodation available within this development and many of the apartments have balconies.
