Not to be confused with the adjacent and much larger City Point 2, City Point has just 23 apartments, all with south-facing views towards the city centre. This corner site on Chapel Street was derelict for many years and the construction of City Point was a start to the regeneration of Chapel Street. With its distinctive orange facade and wide timber-decked terraces, it’s an attractive contemporary block.
